This drink was apparently named after men who would loose track or sense of direction on the road on their way home after having few too many drinks at the bar. The Bicicletta is a classy drink that only needs three ingredients campari liqueur and dry white wine, (Pinot Grigio is preferred) and club soda.
It's a fun,festive and bubbly drink, ideal for the Holiday's or the makes the perfect aperitiv for those Summer evening dinners on the patio.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. of Campari Liquer
- 2 oz. dry white wine (Pinot Grigio)
- club soda
Grab a tall glass add ice cubes, pour in the campari and dry white wine and top with club soda. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
